On StartupJobs, You have the option to add an unlimited number of company users who will have access to manage the company profile and candidate profiles.
How to Do It?
You can find the option to add new administrators under "Settings -> User Management".
Simply enter the name and email address of the colleague, who will then receive an email with access to the company profile.
Tip:
All administrators should have access using their own company email. Please do not use group emails like hr@xyz.cz, info@xyz.cz, etc. There are several reasons for this:
Security First: Sharing access details can have serious consequences for your company. It can lead to the misuse of personal data and even financial losses.
Transparency: It's always better for communication with applicants if they know exactly who they are talking to.
Traceable History: Since company administrators operate under their own emails, we can identify who is responsible for specific actions on the profile (orders, job ad edits, etc.).
