These are StartupJobs users who have expressed interest in working for your company by using the blue button "I would enjoy working here," which is located in the preview of your profile.

Just like the preview of your company profile, this feature is also available even if you do not currently have an active offer.

Therefore, remember to keep your profile up to date, as it is a constantly visible representation of your company.

When an applicant expresses interest in your company, we will notify you by email.

You can set the list of email addresses to which you want notifications sent in the administration panel under Settings > Company Information in the field "Send talent outreach notifications to."
