We’ll now remind users via email if they viewed your job or started an application—but didn’t finish it. These are warm leads just waiting to be activated.
We’ve also improved how we match candidates to listings, allowing us to reach even more relevant users via email—selecting from a pool of 50,000 job seekers.
And we’re opening up advanced analytics to everyone—so you can track performance and benchmark against the competition.
Retargeting job ad visitors
Imagine this: Someone just about to apply for your job, gets distracted and never completes the process. That’s a missed opportunity.
Now, we’ll automatically send them a follow-up email within hours—so they don’t miss the chance to level UP with your company.
But that’s not all: your job listing will also be retargeted via ads on Facebook and Instagram—for both users who almost applied and those who simply visited your listing.
More relevant email campaigns
We’ve made it easier for candidates to complete their profiles and improved how we categorize job sectors. This means our email campaigns are now even more precisely matched to your open roles—bringing you better-fit applicants, faster.
More candidate sources and targeted hiring campaigns

We’re launching a new standardized promotion product for social media. No more guesswork: your job post will now automatically benefit from a paid campaign, which increases its reach across key platforms.
Need more visibility?
You can now “top” your job post anytime—bringing it to the top of search results, regardless of the ad type or other promotions in place.
No More Credits – Just Smarter Purchasing
To make job posting easier for everyone, we’re phasing out the credit-based system. Instead of credits, you can now stock up on individual products—each available with volume discounts.
But don’t worry—you won’t lose your existing credits. On August 1, we’ll automatically convert any unused credits into listings. Want to customize how they’re converted?
