Salary is a key factor for candidates when making a decision. Increase your chances of attracting applicants by displaying the offered salary or range in your offer details. More than a quarter of respondents do not apply for offers without a salary listed.
How it works?
You can set the offered salary when creating (step 1) an offer or editing an offer in the "Offered salary" section.
You can specify the monthly salary or hourly rate. It is not necessary to specify a specific number, you can enter a range, e.g.40,000 - 50,000 CZK per month. By specifying the salary, you are not committing to any specific amount and you can finally determine the salary in accordance with the agreement with the selected candidate. The offered salary is then displayed in the offer details.
Tip:
We definitely recommend including the salary in the offer. Many applicants filter only offers with a salary, so yours might not be displayed to them otherwise.
