You can address the candidate directly by name in the description of your job offer.

How to do it?

You set the addressing directly in the job description when creating (step 1) the job offer or editing the offer.

Insert the variable [NAME|alternative text] into the job description.

If we know the name and the offer is displayed, the candidate's name will be shown instead of the variable. The name will be used in the vocative case.

If the name is unknown, the alternative text will be displayed. Use the vocative case for the alternative text as well, for example, "candidate / dear applicant". If you do not want to display an alternative text, use only [NAME].

To ensure the addressing is set correctly, check the offer description in the administration panel; the variable text will be highlighted in red.
